What do early labor contractions feel like?

Maybe TMI, but I've literally been feeling like I have to poop for the last hour and have been up to the bathroom multiple times with 0 success. What did your early labor contractions feel like?

Braxton hicks were more like cramps all over the belly whilst my labour contractions started in my back, almost like a vibration feeling.
The pain usually spreads with actual contractions to your lower belly and then everywhere once they are longer / you are more dilated x
