Anyone in the UK, is smoked salmon safe to eat in early pregnancy?

I will be 4 weeks pregnant and at Christmas we always have smoked salmon as part of our starter. I won’t be telling anyone I’m pregnant yet. I read you need to be careful with it on the NHS website. Would it be safe to eat?

NHS have that on the advisory list. But assuming you cook your food properly then no issues. 
They say the following - Due to a listeria outbreak linked to smoked fish, people at higher risk of serious infection (including people who are pregnant) should only eat smoked fish products that have been thoroughly cooked. When cooking smoked fish products at home, make sure they are steaming hot all the way through.
