Who suffers from bad sinus issues and headaches?

What do your sinus headaches feel like? 
I’ve been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis and my temples have been bothering me my nose and head all together in my forehead. How do you relieve the pain before the antibiotics works?

I literally live for Stermimar nasal spray. It’s drug safe, so I still use it whilst pregnant. I also use a Neti pot and use saline solution either that to flush once a week

Hot showers and facial massage. I have a cyst in my sinuses that’s not quite bothersome enough for me to remove. I get a lot of facial pressure and sinus headaches when I get congested, holy crap it’s awful. Lymphatic drainage massage really helps. I got a face roller too. I find taking a hot shower and massaging my face in the heat really helps. You have to be kinda hard with it so my face hurts and can be a little tender afterwards but it works. It’s also nasty to feel all the stuff drain, but it’s instant relief.
