Hi everyone , Ive got my 4month old some teething toys but im confused as to how to sanitise it???

Please help me . Dummies and bottles are sterilised so im wondering is do we need to sterilise the teething toys as well or do i just wash and give ? and if we sterilise do we need to clean everytime the toy touches the ground?

I stop sterilizing everything around this point and just wash in hot soapy water and air dry or dry with paper towel and give it to baby. They are getting to the age that everything they find goes in there mouth and they are building their immune systems     If they drop it I wash it quick and give it back if we are home or I use pacifier wipes if we are out and wash it when we get home.
