My 5 year old grinds her teeth at night and been doing it for a year or two now. The noise makes my skin crawl so bad and I worry it’ll hurt her teeth. Is this normal for this age? Will it stop and should I be concerned? I mentioned to her dentist a long time ago she joked and said “she’s too young to be stressing, what could you be stressing about!” I was quite confused by that and didn’t really get a answer.
