My 8 month old is having hard ball type of poo for the past month or so and I’ve took her to the doctors and they’ve given her laxatives to soften bowl movements. The issue is every time I give her some medication she refuses to eat and drink and then ends up feeling very weak. So I’ve decided to just not use the medication anymore and turn to home remedies. Can you suggest some food or other things I can try to naturally soften her bowls.
