Getting rid of anxiety dreams

I am going through a stressful period at the moment, I go to the gym every day that I can. Usually 6 days a week and I do 20-30 mins of steady cardio. Where my heart rate is at least 165-180 the whole time. Yet I still have unresolved anxiety. I’m trying to deal with it but it’s bleeding into my sleep and I can’t stand it. I have recurring anxiety dreams about missing flights. Anyone have any tips?
