13wks but test is super faint?

I should be 13 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I was supposed to have my 12 week scan on the 20th but couldn’t attend as I had covid. I took a test out of curiosity, should I be concerned that the line is this faint/almost nonexistent? 😥 i’ve had no cramping or bleeding etc

Dilute your urine with half water and see if a new test lime is darker if so then it’s hook effect
