First Ultrasound Scan - 6 Follicles

I just turned 43 and starting my journey. They saw 2 follicles on my left ovary and 4 on my right and she was able to tell that I did ovulate. I know that it’s low but I have to be realistic considering my age. Haven’t gotten my consultation yet with the dr to discuss results as they also did my bloodwork. So much info out there it’s discouraging. Can anyone share their initial experiences with the ultrasound, is this super low numbers?
