haakaa and pumping

is the haakaa worth it if i plan on exclusively pumping ? i wasn’t sure if i was going to bf or ep but i’m leaning more toward pumping. i was gifted 2 haakaas and i was wondering if i should just give them away because i don’t know what i would use them for if i plan on pumping.
