Struggling w/ Exercise While Pregnant
I used to work out at least 5 days a week, for 45 mins - 1 hour pre-pregnancy. A little before I found out I was pregnant, I started getting sick and avoiding my workouts. Now that I'm nearly 11w, working out is still hard and I'm incredibly disappointed in myself.
I maybe work out 3 days a week now for 25-40 mins and the whole time I feel exhausted, gross, heavy and just not right. I also feel like I have to modify everything because of all the mixed reviews everywhere about working out and my questions not being clearly answered at my OB appointment.
I feel like when I do workout for those 30 mins a few days a week, I am not actually doing anything for my body or for the baby. I don't feel healthy at all, I feel gross. Does anyone have any pregnancy exercise tips or certain videos that helped them? I'm just struggling mentally as my health and fitness have always been a huge factor of my life.
