NOT ABOUT KIDS OR MOTHERHOOD

Any nurses/doctors in here that may be able to answer a question for me?? Or someone who has dealt with this??

I went to my doctor, she has no idea what it is and had referred me to a dermatologist, but i cant get in until February.

These pictures are from September 2021 - I started getting this rash that was warm to touch, burning feeling and painful, it went away after awhile but now December 2022, it is completely back!! Its starting on my wife, my face is red, burning and warm to touch and there is literally red dots on my arms/hand. I have absolutely no idea what it could be.. any advice?
