hcg levels.

wednesday i had blood work and my HCG levels were 51

i went today and got more blood drawn it came back at 117, is everything okay? is this good? this is my first pregnancy & i don’t really know much about it, i was told if the levels are going up then it’s good, should i worry? my doctor based how far along i am off a 28 day cycle but my cycle is 31-35, she said im 4 weeks and 5 days wednesday, but the chart says 2-3 weeks is between 100-5,000.
