Is there a growth spurt at 3 months? My son is exactly 12 weeks today and the last 2 days or so he’s been sleeping a LOT. He was already a good sleeper but this is more than usually. He’s been sleeping through the night for a few weeks (7-9 hours at night) but now he’s also taking really long naps during the day and I’m waking him to make sure he eats.

Is this normal? Like he literally falls back asleep right after eating or after only 15-20 mins of play.
