Wondering how different brands of toddler shoe sizes run?

Does Cat and Jack run bigger than Carters? Does Carters run bigger or smaller than the Children’s Place?

I have an 18 month old who is outgrowing her size 4 Cat and Jack shoes. She’s outgrowing her 3-12 month Carter’s socks. We bought size 4-5 in Children’s Place recently and they are too small. I guess given all this, do you think she’s a 5 or a 6 in Carter’s? Trying to snag something online in clearance. Happy Holidays!
