Can I use cabbage leaves?

Trying to cut back on my supply. I’m a over supplier. I’ve heard of cabbage leaves to help you stop producing but I don’t want to stop entirely. Just reduce my supply so I’m not engorged 24/7

I wouldn’t use them. Here’s other ways to help control over supply. I’ve been there…twice. So I know what you mean, these help though.

cabbage leaves doesn't help reduce supply it helps with the pain of breastfeeding, that's what my midwife always said
