I’m on my second round of timed intercourse with 5mg letrozole, ovidrel trigger shot, and estrogen and progesterone. My lining was only 2.8 mm on CD 10 so I’m taking 8mg estrogen to try and thicken it before Tuesday (CD 16), if it doesn’t then we cancel this cycle. Has anyone had this happen? Anyone have any advice on how to thicken their lining?

I have unexplained infertility and I’m thinking that the egg may be getting fertilized, but then not attaching to the lining. Is this possible?
