Success stories with little to no ewcm

Can I hear success stories from those that conceived with little to no ewcm? The past few cycles we've been ttc & I've had very little ewcm. We use sperm friendly lube, but idk how much that actually works. I do eat healthy & try to stay hydrated. Just trying to hear from some people to lift my hopes I guess.
