Nausea all day

I’m 6.5 weeks and the nausea has kicked in full blow. I can’t stop throwing up at all times of the day/night. It’s been waking me up at night and I’ll have to immediately vomit. I can’t eat anything and I have liquid diarrhea (sorry TMI). Any tips and tricks????
