Am I losing another one :/

I’m 5 weeks 1 day furthest I’ve gotten since my daughter. I saw the doctor a week ago levels went from 21 to 650. He took more blood Thursday waiting til Tuesday to find out the results. I’m on progesterone. I usually take it around 8/9pm and I waited til 11:30pm I started to bleed bright red no clots or cramps. Just scared I’m losing one again
