baby with the flu☹️

my baby will be 10 months old tomorrow and poor thing has what i’m guessing is the flu, he’s been running a 102 fever it broke after his first dose of tylenol but now it is coming back fast, his last dose was at 1 it’s only been 4 hours since and he’s back running fever☹️ any tips
