It’s my first time being pregnant and I have no idea what this was. I had my 20 week ultrasound almost a week ago and they said baby was head down. I don’t know if that has anything to do with this. Just now I was laying on my side relaxing and a horrible pain was shooting up and down my right side. The pain was also about an inch below my belly button. I sat up but it kept going. It lasted about 3 minutes long. After it went away I had a dull ache in my lower back on the right side but it’s going away now. All this happened about 10 minutes ago. Should I go get checked out? Or wait to see if it happens again then go? It really scared me. I’m only 21 weeks tomorrow
