Pregnancy nausea vomiting eased considerably ? Normal ? Concerning sign ?

Did anyone only suffer pregnancy nausea and vomiting from 6-10 weeks then it basically disappeared completely apart from a retch first thing in a morning. I had been on anti sickness medication but now I feel completely fine. Boobs still really sore. No bleeding or cramps. Witnessed fetal heart beat at 8 weeks but not yet had 12 week scan. Feeling worried that the nausea and vomiting has eased up so much.
