We plan on getting pregnant in 2024. But until then I hate to think I’m just wasting my eggs every month. Is it worth it to freeze my eggs now and thaw out in 2024? Or wait until 2024 and do a fresh transfer? I was going to call my clinic of choice but they just closed so I figured I’d come here for some pros and cons first. Thank you!

Depends on how old you are and if you have low ovarian reserve. It's probably fine to wait if you don't have those issues but it is a lengthy process and wouldn't hurt to start now either.

Definitely freeze now. It’s actually more likely for a successful implantation from a frozen embryo than a fresh. Also, your eggs are younger now than they will be a year from now. This is what I’m doing!
