I've been on my bc for over 3 years, the last year I've only been taking active pills so I don't get periods (periods are more painful since I had cervical cancer removed so my GYN said it's fine to do continuous active pills).

But now I'm all sorts of heartburn and sore boobs today, which is super weird since I haven't had PMS in many moons. 🙃

For reference, I have two kids and know the pregnancy symptoms. Not too worried about it. I just wondered if anyone else had random experiences out of the blue while being on BC (and not pregnant?) 🤷🏼‍♀️
