It will be 5 months on January 4th since I’ve had my daughter. I had to get an episiotomy along with stitches for an internal tear. Sex is still so painful, and I’m really struggling as it’s so difficult to be intimate with my husband. Even with all of the tricks (lots of foreplay, lots of lube) I can still only bear about 3-4 minutes of it before I’m aching quite badly. I don’t know what to do. My husband is very understanding but I just feel like it’s never going to get any better. 😞
