I been dealing with it since 2017… they come and go idk why… i thinnk cuz i have stress problems and anxiety … but this time it came back since 2019… i think its cuz im excited, anxious, stressed anxiety i am moving out my parents house for the 1st time with my own little family my 2 babies and husband 😔 i been stressing out!! Moving is sooo stressful i cant take it… i need help
