Bd trouble

My bd says he loves me and wants to be with me but just not right now he wants to grow up and work on himself first but we live together we do everything together but whenever I ask for a title he always says you know we not together or ask about stuff in his phone …but he’s always following pornstars and stuff like that but idk our lease is up in July idk if I should move out and move on or what we have good times but we always fight a lot because he’s very childish in every way but he’s 20 so part of me kinda feels like he will grow out of it
