Y’all! WHAT do I do. My supply has drastically decreased the last few days. I have the flu and so do my kids. My 6 month old is just constantly pulling off my breast and crying so I’ll squeeze my nipple to get some milk and nothing comes out. My let downs are so small compared to normal. I’ve been staying hydrated but haven’t been able to eat much. Will it come back?? I’ve been having to top her off with my frozen milk because she just screams and cry’s like she’s starving. Am I doomed. Is my breast feeding journey over?? I wanted to make it to a year or longer. I’m going to be so crushed if it’s gone 😭😭😭
