I have seen it prescribed to people that do ovulate on their own, but have you had day 21 progesterone blood work to know if you actually are ovulating? Because I get positive OPKS every single month but I do not ovulate, as I have severe pcos. Only found out because I haven't been able to conceive for many years but was under the impression that if I was getting positive opks I was ovulating. But that's not always the case
