In new to this BC thing and have an appointment in a few days at the health clinic so I will be seeking professional advice but I wanted to hear from you all what do they mean by take the pill at the exact same time everyday??

So if I don’t take it at 9pm every day (for example) and am a minute or second late, I’ll be a baby mama? F😅😭
