Raised bumps on child’s skin?

My daughter has came out in these over the last couple of days 4 small ones together on her legs, one of her side, 2 small ones next to it and one on her arms, we’ve checked her bed and everywhere she has been and there’s nothing that could have bitten her, they was a bit itchy at first but they aren’t anymore they look like they’ve kind of scabbed over, anyone have any advice as to what these could be? She’s well in herself not been poorly at all
