Worth retest or negative?

Is this worth a retest or just negative? I see some sort of a line maybe? Photo taken within 2-3 minutes of testing. My baby just turned 1, I haven’t gotten my period back (still breastfeeding) and we use condoms for protection, so I don’t know how I could be pregnant but I’ve been sick (I never get sick) and have had sore boobs when feeding and have just been feeling off so wanted to test. Would I even be feeling anything if I’m super early on?
