Nausea after period

I just had my IUD removed 3 weeks ago today. Got one period since last three days. Since the period stopped, I have been so nauseous and definitely not sure if it could still be the hormones from the IUD or something more. I know my husband and I sex three days before my period. And my period just ended last friday
