Can you have a miscarriage or chemical pregnancy and not bleed ???! Tuesday I got positive tests and now they are negative, not even a hint. My dr won’t see me for weeks..

I had spotting before my negative but I have heard that you can get negatives before the bleeding starts. 😔 It's a bit different for everyone.

It could have been an indent. But usually for a chemical the bleeding is what let's you know it was a chemical. For a miscarriage that is usually after like 6 weeks and you can have what's called a missed miscarriage which is when the baby has no heartbeat and your body still hasn't started the miscarriage process.
