Today 3 managers have contacted me today asking me what I’m working on and do I need help with something.

I work for a call center remote. We have to use teams to communicate. The supervisors job is to literally watch every move you make. If you aren’t on a phone call they know . They just watch you all day long. I recently got put on a new assignment. I got training for it , the lady that trained us didn’t really go into a lot of detail it was more of just us watching what she does for like 3 hours and then do it on our own. It’s been taking me a long time to read , think and move fast. It’s like I’m not really used to the assignment or something Idk. The managers are looking for me to make mistakes and not really know what I’m doing. I made a mistake today and started the wrong assignment. I posted on the group chat today and asked if I was allowed to work on the assignment after already starting It , they said no not allowed so I told my supervisor the mistake I made she said nothing , but I think she told someone higher than her because afterwards two other people messaged me . So 3 people have been messaging me on what I’m doing , and why it’s taking me so long etc. I think it’s because it’s takes me a long like to read , think and move fast and it’s making me look lazy or something. I don’t know what to do from here , I’m borderline homeless and I have to work somewhere. If I quit get a new job I’ll. Still be the same person ? Do you think they are trying to fire me ? Life is already hard enough on me.
