A lot of egg white discharge when I wipe

Today is day 22 of my cycle. Yesterday I had to go for a blood test to be sure HCG went down from previous pregnancy. They said my HCG levels are negative so I am most likely not pregnant. Is this signs that my period is coming or am I now peak fertility?
