I am around 6 weeks pregnant and I had an early ultrasound to rule out a tumor growth (my last pregnancy was a complete molar pregnancy).

They saw the sac and yolk sac but no baby yet and I measured 5 weeks. So im measuring one week behind. This was a transvaginal ultrasound.

I had spotting yesterday and Christmas day very light pink spotting. Only once when I wiped and nothing today however, I am having bad lower back pain.

Any thoughts? Does this not sound good??

I had a MMC earlier this year before my complete molar pregnancy but I had no symptoms except no heartbeat and no growth after 6 weeks. I am so worried 😔
