On Nov. 1st I found out I was pregnant. I went in for my first ultrasound around Nov. 16th. I was able to see the baby and a heartbeat. Since I am high risk, I was seen again the next week. Again saw heartbeat, but my doctor was concern about placement. Got called in for an emergency ultrasound with high risk doctor. They did the ultrasound and said baby was in correct spot and heartbeat was 147. This was at 7 weeks pregnant. They had me scheduled to come back in at 9w2d. When I went in for this ultrasound, baby had no longer had heartbeat. Scheduled a D&C for December 17th.

With this being said, i am still getting positive pregnancy test, but also positive ovulation test. Besides the fact that I am still upset, I was just seeing if anyone else tested until HCG was out of system and how long did it take? When is it technically safe to try again? Why would ovulation test be blaring positive if HCG is still in my system?

This has been a very difficult time especially with the holidays. I just want to know how everyone else got back on track and how the process worked for them.
