How were you tracking ovulation? Don’t rely on the guesstimate of the app. I never ovulate when it says I will. Also, implantation happens anywhere from 6-12 dpo so it is very possible to not test positive until later since hcg needs time to build

I got a vfl when I was 4 days late lol, it’s possible if you ovulated late for sure! I would definitely retest in 2 days
