Like the more you spend the more rewards? Never heard abt it but I buy a ton on amazon so this would be nice.

No. Sometimes schools and organizations sign up for Amazon Smile, and so they get money from purchases made through that.

If you use the Amazon credit card on Amazon purchases you get 5% back in rewards, 1% back on all other purchases.
