Adult birthday ideas that the kids could possibly enjoy too.

Doesn’t have to be an adult setting. Looking for something interactive that we all can enjoy. (We’ve done museums, zoos. Aquarium, Dave and busters, sky zone many many times this year so please don’t suggest those, need something different. We’re in the NY area. We’ve also been to the wax, and believe it or not museum.
