I can’t find anything on google to answer my question.

Has anyone ever experienced their glass stove top start boiling a pot of water at level 4 heat? Under medium? Because mine does that occasionally. It will simmer, and suddenly it will start boiling with no changes made to the heat setting. Is this a glass stove top type of thing? I’ve never experienced this on any other type of stove top 🤷‍♀️
