I am 45 years trying to conceive. But not sure if i am perimenopausal or pregnant. Had regular period perfect cycle 28 days with period 3-4days. I was spot on everytime. This month, nothing. So did pregancy test this morning - intial reading no 2nd line...but now 2 hours later...veryfaint line...does this mean i am pregna
