How do you track/confirm ovulation?

I only track with OPK, and I’ve heard confirmation isn’t guaranteed, I also check my CM a lot. I’ve been reading up on BBT but it just sounds so confusing to me and I feel like it would only frustrate me, and isn’t convenient with my schedule. 
How many cycles using ONLY OPK and conceive? I’m on my 3rd month using them! Baby dust 🤞🏼

If you have a regular periods and regular LH surges, it is very likely that you are ovulating. It’s not a guarantee, but I found BBT so cumbersome and inaccurate for me, that I just stick with OPK (and awareness of my cervical mucus, but not actively checking it). I think I tried BBT for a couple months with my first, then stopped. He took 4 months to conceive. My second was first month with only OPK and we’re in the second month of trying for our third with only OPK.

BBT is the only way to confirm ovulation has happened at home, however it doesn’t tell you beforehand if you’re about to like an OPK does, so you are better off using both
It took 13 cycles for us to conceive but that was ectopic, we conceived our son cycle 14
It depends on each couple though, my partner has fertility problems
