Hello everyone! This is my first cycle on Letrozole (Femara) 7.5mg from CD3-7. I am now on CD12 and I have been having some intense pain on my left side, sore breasts, and headaches. I have been getting flashing smiley faces on my clear blue test for 2 days now and my LH tests are getting a little darker. When do you guys normally ovulate on Letrozole? Has anyone conceived on this dosage? If so how many cycles did it take? This is my first round following 2 miscarriages in January and August
