Lines not getting darker

I took a pregnancy test a few days ago after my period didn’t arrive. It was a faint positive. I have taken one for 3 mornings now and there is no progression. I just need some reassurance. My son was stillborn on 26th September and this has really come as a shock and I am overanalysing. Clearblue digital still says 1-2 and I should be about 5 weeks. Thank you
