what would you do?

my partner and i have been together for 7 months, he has 3 kids to previous women, i have 1 child to my ex… my partner is completely set on not having anymore kids, i had. miscarriage last month and i have a feeling i’m pregnant again now… what should i do if i am?

i do love him and want our relationship to work but i’m scared if i keep the baby he will leave…
