Do these look identical or fraternal?

All she saw was one sac. She went in trans vaginal found two heartbeats and she said two placentas. But one sac which isn’t possible so I’m confused.

I’ve had some spotting which is why I had an ultrasound early but I know that’s common with twins.

One sac with two babies means they are identical. You however won’t know if they share or have their own placenta until later on in the pregnancy.
