Hey ladies! So I had my period on 12/15/2022. I took letrozole (femara) days 3-7. I had an ultrasound last wednesday and my doctor said my left ovary was not doing anything, however, it looks like my right ovary is about to ovulate. He told me to have sex Wednesday, thursday, Friday and Saturday to be sure I covered my basis. I did that, however, I started my period this morning. I’m just wondering if it was even possible that I ovulated or what could have caused me to start my period. I’m very discouraged as I have been trying to conceive for almost 2 years. I already have a 4 year old son and I do have pcos as a background. Thanks!!
